With us trying to wrap up 2024 on a positive note and start off 2025 on a strong one, we have decided to put up to 10% of Andrew Hwang's ownership in Gamers Heaven Phoenixville, in order to rebuild our inventory and do some major renovations to bring Gamers Heaven up to our new standards. 

This last Angel Investment Round is intended to serve as a bridge until we launch our next round of crowd investments with Regulation A+ late Q3 to Q4 in 2025.

Each quantity purchased here is 1 % of the over all LLC. Every purchase will then be verified and reviewed between the investor and Andrew Hwang, who will reserve the right to deny the investment at which point a full refund will be provided. 

If accepted, an updated LLC Operating Agreement will be drafted and signed by all LLC members by the end of Q4 2025 with all new updated members. This operating agreement will acknowledge the date and amount invested into the LLC.
