This will be for percentage Equity of Andrew Hwang's current equity stake in GH Franchise LLC DBA Gamers Heaven Corporation.

You will be interviewed by Andrew or our Investor Relations Team, to determine whether we finalize the investment or cancel it and refund you. 

We are in the middle of converting to a C Corporation, at which your total equity will be converted into proper shares when that process is completed, which is estimated to be done by the end of Q3 2025.
