1. This is First Come First Pick aka 1 Winner & 1 Pick at a time. First name will be picked at random, that winner will choose a prize, and then will have all their entries removed from the list of names, and then the process will repeat until there is no prizes left.
2. You MUST be present in the stream to pick a prize, unless you have filled out the absentee form that we will provide within 48 hours of the giveaway stream.
3. Those that fill an absentee form but no longer has any of their picks available, will unfortunately be passed, unless they are in the stream to pick.
4. If a name is picked and the individual is not on stream they will be passed, BUT if they do return while there are still prizes available on the board they will be able to pick a prize.
5. IF there is a last chance prize, those that submit an absentee form WILL be eligible to win. BUT if your name was already picked AND was passed due their prizes not being available they WILL NOT be eligible to win.
6. If your name is picked but there are no prizes that you want, you may either gift it to someone else, or pass your pick to the next person. BUT if you pass your pick you WILL NOT be eligible for the Last Chance prize if there is one.
7. If there is a special side prize drawing like a QUIZ based prized or others, previous winners WILL be allowed to win these prizes as well. THIS DOES NOT COUNT towards LAST CHANCE prizes.
